Macro smacro.

Colonel Sanders met Dave, the barbarian on a hunting trip. Sanders asked dave to teach him how to hunt. Dave agreed. Fortunately, the duo came across two giant mammoths clashing towards each other.
The colonel looked at Dave with the eyes. Dave disagreed. Dave said, “Me no fight the big bison. Me get crushed.”
Colonel: Come on Dave, you are a big guy.
Dave: Me no hunt Big bison alone. Big bison big. Crush Dave like papaya.

Dave looks at Colonel with the eyes.
Dave: You fucking retard, you never buy with the leverage when you have fifty fucking pesos in your account.
Dave and Colonel ran for their lives.
The amalgamation of small banks and other business institutions into a single large entity has created the too big to fail species.
These species are so humongous that they absorb the nutrients from its surrounding through so-called free-market competition. And I promise they never cheat or steal or lie via legal regulation. But enough of my rant.
Why macro smacro?
Because compared to this too big to fail entity, we are microbes. Instead of being a whistleblower, just say, “Macro Smacro”.
The concept of Macro vs micro can be seen in any and every aspect. For example health, economics, business.
In health, the macro health of an individual is determined by the micro-organisms living inside the gut. So have some kefir milk today.
In economics, macro wealth is determined by an individual's earnings & savings. So don’t buy that latte in credit.
In business, the macro is determined by the experience of an individual customer, fluid system architecture, & transparent accounting. So greet your customers.
The macro vs the micro is not a new quest.

As in 1914, Sherr, Bainbridge, and Anderson created gold by shooting neutrons at mercury. The theory behind the experiment is this, an atom’s physical and chemical properties are determined by the number and shapes of its electrons, and since the number and shapes of its electrons are determined by the number of protons in the nucleus, the nature of an atom is largely determined by the number of protons in its nucleus.
Since gold has 79 protons in its atom and mercury has 80 protons in its atom. We just have to take one proton out of the mercury atom to change it into gold.
Ultimately, Inorder to influence the macro, one has to work on the micro aspect of it. Otherwise, the macro rolls over the individual and squashes him like papaya.
Now let's look at our lives. What are the micro things we can practice? Having a glass of warm water first thing in the morning, making the bed, walking, cooking our food, washing the dish, and …….
